Such a a beautiful place to spend some time just relaxing or taking pictures… I didn’t realize that the public could just and enjoy this place. So my girls and I went and seen what it was all about and toon their senior pictures! I loved them! I brought my puppy pet the usual… but I left the leash on her and let her run and roll and play while we did pictures… I loves it! Thank you!

We put our kayaks in here. It was a 5 hour float to Reeds Bridge Road. There is a tree completely blocking the creek about 2 hours into the float. We had to portage up a mud bank which was tricky but manageable. There was no way to go over, under or around it with the water at the level it is now. Was still a wonderful day and I would highly recommend it.

I didn't go inside, but just to the park it's located in! There is a great place to put in your kayaks to paddle upstream and float back down.

Historical Mill in Chicamaugua, GA. The area is usually empty and peaceful during the week. Visit the mill and Crawfish Spring before getting something to eat in the town of Chicamaugua. Sometimes the steam train goes through town, not the mill area. Locals like to check the train schedule and take pictures...
