Taco Bell — Restaurant in Chickamauga

Ate at this location several times. Day shift seems to be fine, but after 5pm everything just goes wackadoodle. I decided to dine in close to 9pm ish? so that I didn't get just whatever just pushed thru the window and after a long day its nice to sit down and enjoy a meal... the environment seemed like a teen play ground with people hopping over the counter handing out meatsticks?!?!? the guy cleaning the lobby thought it would be a great idea to pick up and shake out the rug in front of the drink machine allowing dust dirt and everything else fly into the air and my table ended up getting drenched in the flying dirt and dust... While cleaning the lobby, cleaner boy also decided to have a conversation with the Manger about how much he will be getting paid to show up for a mandatory meeting coming up... I feel like all HR questions should be handled privately? But now I know that 😏 if you show up to a mandatory meeting you get a minimum of 3 hours for showing up!

So let's rewind to my order, that we re-made it 3 times. AND once we got it right my HANGRY feeling subsided and the manager came out to give some free tacos coupons which I'll end up either loosing or not using BUT how much free can you give away before it starts killing profits??? Everyone wonders why everything's so expensive right there is ONE reason! I know... I know... we are talking about a multimillion dollar Corp but it all comes out in the wash. Hopefully someone from the store actually reads this and trains their team to pay attention to details and let them know there's a time and place for playtime/visitors. And someone get the lobby guy a vaccume cleaner please! Cause sweeping the rug or slinging everything everywhere wasnt gettin it...

This is the THIRD bad experience at this Taco Bell (30707 Chickamauga GA). This last I ended up feeling ripped off. $50.05 in the drive thru. Starting with the positive…. The $0.90 side of sour cream was full. Three Chicken Quesadillas with barely enough combined chicken for one. Three slices had zero chicken. Four soft taco barely any lettuce (and I mean I’ve dropped more lettuces off competitors tacos than these had on it) had to actually look to see any cheese(could barely see strands of melted cheese in any of them) Two bean burritos were so skimpy they resembled rolled taquitos(more wrap than beans). Two grilled cheese steak burritos extra steak…. Really don’t see “extra” hardly see “steak”. They are less than 1.5 miles from me……no longer convenient. I have called in a take out at a regular Family restaurant 5.5 miles in Rossville and fed the same number of people for $40. The fast food competitor 4.5 miles away in Fort Oglethorpe CRUSHES the quality and value of the Chickamauga Taco Bell. The drive thru is all but dangerous. I honestly got caught in it for the entire Fleetwood Mac Greatest hits album (not making that up have a video of it) over 60 minutes!!! There is a barrier on one side and the building on the other and I was trapped in the line. I was actually trapped in that three cars before the order stand. Very dangerous and not safe. I’m only giving a star at all because it makes you. This is the worst Taco Bell around here, and it used to be great! My order was poorly thrown together with one maybe possibly two pieces of chicken on the chicken bacon ranch burrito, also it was basically lettuce and a ton of sauce, my taco was so bad that when I called she said she knew she would have to replace it. Then said she wasn’t replacing the whole order for two items and as I was calmly telling her the problem with the rest of the food, she said I made that burrito myself I know it has more than one piece of chicken, I said well I assure you it does not, she said that they wasn’t replacing the whole order for two items, I offered to bring the whole order back for her to see for herself and give them this food back and have it replaced she refused to take it back and refused to replace it, insinuated I was lying, and went on to say that I’m just picking to try to get free food and hung up on me.
