This place used to be pretty good been several years back the staff is not friendly they are not helpful they do not make you priority they are hateful they do not get your orders correct they overcharged in my order was very simple you tell me what's wrong with this order two sausage egg and cheese biscuits to go and a western omelette smothered over hash browns a plate of hash browns with gravy topped over all of that and to go as well. By the way I called that order in 20 minutes before I even got there. The lady at first didn't understand what I was talking about okay let me explain it again a western omelette she had no idea what a western omelette was I explained a bunch of eggs throw them in a pan and find what you can and mix it all together there you go lots of gravy lots of hash browns I don't even care if you mix them up a western omelette pretty much anything and everything oh she said I get it I get it so you want all that separate and I said no I want it all together I want my sausage biscuits separate and I want my western omelette over a plate of hash browns and then over that I want gravy I'll pay the difference I don't care what it is but that's what I want I've never had a problem getting this so when I get there they hadn't even started it as it seemed anyway we're running behind there was hardly anyone there and who was there was leaving I go to the restroom and come out and they handed me a bag charged me $34 I was in a hurry I was going out of town I told them I was going out of town but I was in no hurry if they needed more time no honey no honey we got you covered $34 and some change whatever. Hit it or my debit card she paid for my order with my debit card and I went home dropped off but I thought was the hash browns gravy and western omelette smashed all up together but when I open the bag I had two biscuits with nothing on them except a piece of sausage and I had a styrofoam thingy with a handful of hash browns so I asked myself what did I pay $34 for out of curiosity but in the end I'm in a hurry I'm going out of town going to see my grandchildren don't got time for this mess when I got back same day same story we did your order I said no ma'am you did not I called and talked to these people and they was not willing to replace it they was not willing to speak about it in fact they called me out on it that was this morning early this morning long about say 9 in the morning something like that I'm not sure so I got nothing replaced I paid $34 and some change for a handful of hash browns two biscuits and two pieces of sausage now you roll all that up in a bundle of happiness that they call on this reviews all of y'all's reviews I don't call any of that happiness and I don't call 34.00 and some change for that little bit of food something to rave about not to mention the place was not up kept the bathroom was dirty the ladies were not very nice they were very pushy and very quick to to walk away didn't want to say anything to me and I was very nice to them and they didn't deserve that so shame on y'all and I'd like to know where my food is still to this day and that wasn't but maybe 3 or 4 weeks ago I just now realized hey you know what I'm going to leave the review about this because you talk about smiling faces and happy waitresses and a nice friendly atmosphere and you got that backwards and the cook pardon me for saying but you need to replace themI know good and well that cook knows what a western omelette is or any kind of an omelette anything just throw it all together I said it didn't matter grabbed a bunch of stuff cook it up throw it on some hash browns throw some gravy on it close up the package that's not too hard to do and I made it so freaking convenient for them to do as they pleased but not to omit my food. Read moreWaitress forgot to put in my order. I was 1 of 3 tables occupied in the entire restaurant. That was a slip I could deal with until they brought my order to my table. The country ham was undercooked. Warmed you might say. The scrambled eggs and hash browns were decent. My coffee was cold... problems with refills. The waitress never came back to my table to make sure everything was as it should be and neither did the head waitress. I told the manager that I would be happy to pay for the eggs and hash brown and toast but not the undercooked country ham. I explained that no one bothered to refill my coffee or check with me throughout my entire meal. He said...well she is new. I asked if the head waitress was new? He said no....so I asked why she didn't check since she was "training" a new girl? I had high hopes but now don't think I have a desire to go back.
In response to the managers comment. He did remove the hamand coffee from my bill. He was very courteous and professional. I understand his issue with new waitress. The comments I previously made are of my experience. Yes...the waitress did apologize for the delay and I said that I could excuse that....it was everything after that....she nore her supervisor ever returned to check to see if my food was correct....nore did she refill my coffee.I was totally ignored. That's the service I received with very few customers in the building. I had no problem with paying for everything except the ham I took 1 bite from. Ordered online and when we got home with our order literally everything was wrong, not like I picked up the wrong order just that no one even took the time to read what was ordered at all! I ordered the special which was a smash burger with a side of 2 chicken fingers and fries. On the sandwich I only ordered cheese and Mayo. What I got was two chicken fingers on a dry bun with wilted, u chopped lettuce and a dirty tomato! Oh and fries thrown in the box even on the sandwich. My husband got the huddle bowl which was at least not dirty but not made at all as ordered at all. When I call up there after they picked up the phone and hung up 3 times someone finally answers and as soon as I start telling them the problem they pass me to someone else who does the same thing. The past that is frustrating is I was just there and there were only two workers!! So neither would listen but just passed my call back and forth between them 4-5times! Is it too much to expect what I pay for?? I even pay $1 "packaging" fee but no one can take the time to put the order together? It's utterly ridiculous. Oh I also have to wait two hours for manager to come in and get back out drive 20 minutes to take the food back to get my money back!!
