I sent a private message a week ago but no reply so I’m posting my experience and sent message here.....Hello, I appreciate how much you tried to do in order to get all of the dresses to the girls on time. However, you have to know our experience due to the close call. My daughter only had 1 hr before she was to leave when the dress arrived so when she tried it on we were mainly focusing on the length to make sure she could walk. It honestly was too long but I didn’t want to make a fuss or make her any more anxious than she already was. I told her to just lift it when she walked. It bunched up in front of her and was bothersome all evening. That style of dress is not supposed to be like that with heals it should’ve touched but not bundled up on the floor in front of her like it did. This isn’t the main problem, the real problem was after the dress was dropped off I noticed the cup area of the dress was pouchy & looked empty. The seamstress was supposed to fix the chest area, and adjust it to fit her but she did not. She was so self conscience that she could not stop fooling with it to try to look better &actually left the dance early & cried because she was so embarrassed the dress didn’t fit her right. I hesitated to say anything to you or send this because I figure what can we do now, there was no time to fix it, so just let it go. But that isn’t fair to us or you as a business, you need to know. It was supposed to be done the day before, we were assured that it would be & if there was a problem it would be fixed. Instead we got it so last minute the day of prom we could do nothing but try to make it work. I do appreciate that this year was very difficult for you because of so many dresses being ordered at once but I just felt you needed to hear about our experience & how it truly affected her sr. prom.I unfortunately won’t be able to recommend the shop...
Read moreTerrible service! They’re all young kids, so not really a surprise but kindness goes a long way ! They definitely don’t take 99% of the items you will bring in. They say they don’t take like 30 different brands, at yet their racks are full of those exact brands. They’ll have a line of 6 people trying to checkout but only 1 person on a register with 4 other girls standing around doing nothing. No sense of urgency. Today I watched 2 people waiting in line walk out because the cashiers was too busy talking to get the line moved. Clothes are organized by size & color which makes shopping so much easier. They give a reward coupon with receipt to spend on next visit within approximately 2 weeks time.
