Donatos Pizza — Restaurant in Chillicothe

After waiting 2 hours for a pizza that was supposed to arrive in 45 minutes I finally drove to the store because they would not answer the phone, Was told my pizza was out for delivery. I went home ( 5 mins away ) Waited 20 more minutes, Ordered a pizza from another place in town, Got my food, Was halfway done eating, And donatos delivery finally showed up (over 3 hours later) with a cold dried out pizza, And no salad. I told the driver I did not want it, He said he was a manager and that he was going to credit my card back for the purchase price. A week later still no credit, I called and asked about it, A different manager said because it was ordered online she could not credit my card back. She said that I would have A credit the next time I ordered. Trust me that will be the only time I order from them again. Every place has a bad moment, But without good service recovery why would anyone put themselves...

The staff is always friendly but food is hit or miss. There are times that it's great and then times it's over cooked. Especially their personal cheese pizzas. Those are always over cooker and the average person that a cheese pizza being ordered for is a child, meaning they complain about their burned cheese. There are other times the cheese just seems melted and there's no real cooking process to it. My husband spent 8 years working in a pizza shop growing up. We know how to bake a pizza. We just occasionally prefer to not have to cook. Editing this after a terrible experience. I sat in line for 50 mins for a pizza order. The woman at the wjndow didn't know how to read the orders and was refusing to give me something I paid extra for. Then through the boxes at pizza at me with the extra items. I ordered pizza at 4:45 at the Chillicothe Donatos.Was send an email saying it would be ready at 5:30. Got there to pick it up at 5:40 and waited in line for 45 minutes. When I got to the window, the pizza wasn't ready. I was told to wait out back. I asked 2 different people to give me a refund and they disappeared and didn't come back. I left with no pizza or refund. I sent an email to the store and got an email back saying that I only paid 4.28 for a large pizza and cinnamon bread and that was all the refund that I would get. No apology for anything just excuses. The excuse was that there was an hour and half time on pizza. I waited 2 hours and still had no pizza.
