Excellent Customer Service always given here with Slots Palace Sever Lisa who wears glasses. Lisa She is always Attentive & Friendly & Helpful. I come to the Soaring Eagle Slots Palace Casino with my 82 year old Brother In Law. And he can't hardly hear at all. And the Server Lisa M. at The Soaring Eagle Casino is terrific & awesome because when I Order my Pop or Hot Tea or Coffee I always Order for my Brother In Law & Tip the Server Lisa M. for the both of us. And I ask her if She can take my Brother In Law's Diet Pepsi or Coffee to him . And She always does. She is awesome and terrific & very friendly & She has great People & Customers Service Skills i give her 5 Stars. She has great & Excellent Customer Service to us. She is very caring too. And knows her Slot Palace Casino Customers too including My Brother in law & myself. And I always look forward to going to Soaring Eagle Casino because we are in great hands with Lisa M. And it is always Super Clean here too. Housekeeping does an Excellent Job too. Like this morning William was here Working with the Environment al Service Dept & he was.hard at Work keeping the Casino very Clean & Safe too. William is a nice Man & Friendly too. I have known about this little slot place for years- as everyone does I'm sure, but I've never actually stopped there to gamble until today. I've heard many people refer to it as the 'old casino'. It's essentially exactly like the other casino, only much much smaller, and instead of having any table games they have a large bingo hall full of old ladies, old lady perfume, and walkers. Their small slot selection over there is basically a carbon copy of a one-sixth sized section of the main casino's floor, so there's plenty to keep you busy. Even if you're prone (like I am) to switching machines every five or so bucks, you'll still have plenty of new options for more than a full day spent there. It's a much more mellow place with far less of the hustle bustle of the main casino's floor. So if you want to get out and gamble but do so in a slower paced, more relaxed atmosphere then stop over here instead of going under those two giant eagles. I enjoyed myself and I hit for 50 bucks at the first machine I sat at (I had only put 20 in to start with). Obviously that's not indicative of what to expect, but it was certainly a nice start to this future...

Gambling is a risk no matter what way you slice it. I know the risk I am taking before I even step foot into a casino. However, I have been to plenty of casinos and Soaring Eagle Casino definitely likes to take my money. It doesn't matter if I am betting a penny or $5 a spin, I rarely ever get up. There are so many different slot machines and tons of people throwing away there money I am sure just like me, so why do you think this is!? Slots take absolutely no skill to press a button. It's all luck. The slots are programmed, my advice to you, download a free casino app game on your phone and stop giving it all to these casinos! You will thank me later when your not broke from these bottomless pit casinos! If you don't take my advice and still after reading this review decide to take your chances, play some black jack, at least that takes some skill!
