It’s alright. I wish it was better than it was. We went for our first wedding anniversary because it looked like a fun place to go and check out a new restaurant chain we hadn’t had. we each got a burger but my wife’s was requested to have bbq instead of ranch, came out with ranch. I will say, our server apologized and remedied it but when my wife asked if she had the bbq sauce on it and showed it to the server, she just said yes. I had to step in and state that mine properly came with ranch and it was exactly the same color.
Burgers were great but I do think a bit pricey for not coming with a drink or fry. We ended up getting a side of fries and a side of loaded tots. The fries were well seasoned but the tots. I wasn’t a fan of the cheese they used for the loaded tots. It’s just plain bright yellow nacho cheese it seemed. I would think for the price that it would be better. We never got refills on our drinks automatically but I don’t even know if our drinks CAME with refills.
we saw shakes coming out and honestly was a bit surprised with how small they looked for the price so we decided not to get any.
Service, everyone was nice. We did walk up and she asked if patio was fine and when I requested a booth she was struggling to find one available and I eventually just said the patio was fine. I was not a fan of the “Patio” it honesty felt weird eating my dinner just right next to the walkway where people are playing slots. So if we go back, I would definitely prefer a booth and would wait for one.
So overall, it’s alright. It’s nothing I would love but I wouldn’t turn down going again if...
Read moreTERRIBLE experience. We went in at 10:15 and were treated like dogs by the blonde-haired host with glasses. First, when we walked in, she rudely said "You know we're closing at 11, right?" What she said wasn't rude but the condescending tone in her voice was. Next, she tried to seat us at the WORST possible table in the joint which was a tiny 2 seat table next to the waiters in/out door and next to the only table in the entire dining rooms that was piled with dirty glasses and dishes from previous diners. We asked to be seated at a different table, and she accommodated in the rudest possible way by first asking why we wanted a different table, and once we told her she brought us to a new table and then slammed the menus down on it. She asked if we wanted anything to drink and I asked if we could have a few moments. She walked away mumbling something under her breath. At this point, I had enough and decided to go elsewhere. We got up, said thank you, and left. Thank goodness for ASCEND, the sports bar at the end of the casino, which saved the night for us with pleasant service...
Read moreFirst off the server shouldn't ever take a seat at the table with you, especially while training another. Menu was small and simple, ordered an onion rings app and they were grabbed from under the heat lamp. I could tell they had been sitting there a while, when giving them back not only did they take it back into the kitchen they tossed the order back into the fryer, mind you there had been bites taken out of some. Completey against food code and all they accomplished was over cooking already stale onion rings. No wonder they were not busy, I doubt this place stays in business for long with that kind of service. We were certainly not going to stick around for the rest of the meal after that. Eat anywhere else, ralleys/checkers is recommended over this place. Edit: Gave it a second try, our server Anna was amazing and it was a completely different experience. The food came out fresh and on time, even though there were multiple tables sat. I hope this is a turning point for them as I do enjoy...
