Chicken Guy! — Restaurant in Chippewa Township

We ordered a CG chicken and one honey barbecue with no slaw. To drink we split a Apple jack 's cereal milkshake.It was great. The chicken was moist and had perfect seasoning. The bun was not too overwhelming or sweet. My husband loved his honey barbecue. It had kettle chips on it which at first he thought was strange. But he was so wrong. It made the sandwich. The sauces they use are awesome. Plenty of food. I think if we had sides we would have been over stuffed. We were there on a Sunday at 1500. Not too many people waiting in line or eating at the food court. You can bring your drinks into the food court. By 1730 when we're leaving,people were lining up for the restaurant and coming into the food court. A little pricey at 36 bucks for one milkshake and two chicken...

I tried this place twice. First time all I got was 3 tenders and fries, and it wasn't bad. The batter they use on the chicken tenders is pretty good, but thick and greasy. The fries were really good. All of their sauces are heavily based on mayonnaise, so they are not for me, but I assume most people would like them. I do not like the fact that you cannot get a sandwich with just ONE chicken patty. Every sandwich you order has 2 patties and they aren't cheap, around $15 per sandwich. I love GUY in general from his show and how he’s created himself, but the chicken tenders were dry encrusted salt slabs. Coleslaw comes on the sandwich I ordered and it was slopping everywhere and made the bread soggy as soon as I took the sandwich out of the bag. and sat down. Went to pump out catsup for fries, it was empty. The table were to be desired as well. Definitely not returning to this restaurant in the food court at the casino inside Soaring Eagle again, ever.
