Not sure what a star rating means in this context. It is a private residence and very hard to see much from the street, especially when the foliage is out, so no more than two stars as far as visibility. But definitely a five star design based upon photos you can find online and in books.

This is a private home - you MUST respect that and stay OFF the property. That said, one can see nearly the entire house from the street.

Cedric G. Boulter and Patricia Neils House is a Frank Lloyd Wright-designed registered historic home in the Clifton neighborhood of Cincinnati, Ohio, USA. It was commissioned in 1953, with construction beginning in 1954, and completed in 1956. Additions to the design were completed in 1958.
