First I like to send a big THANKS to Deirdre. I called her in 2021 about a mortgage loan. She is the sweetest person I’ve ever known to work in a bank. She assured me she would take care of me and she did. I called her back in Jan. 2023 I said Ms. Dee I need you again. This time for a car loan. She passed me on to AJ. OMG they are the best!! AJ took my info and said I will get right back with you. He called me back and I was approved! Just like that!! He worked quickly and efficiently. I just called him again this month and Rob answered the call. Rob explained AJ was on another call and would get right back with me. This time I was applying for credit. AJ.. keeping his word in fact did it once again. AJ took care of me! Thanks Rob for passing the info to AJ as I requested.. AJ and Ms Dee U both ROCk!!! With politeness, being so helpful and knowledgeable about Superior products and services. Don’t u go no where because I need you and Superior needs you to continue giving that EXCELLENT CUSTOMER...

I am a Superior Credit Union member and specifically use the branch on Ludlow Avenue in Cincinnati. The number one reason I use this branch is because of the Branch Manager and the Mortgage Loan Officer, Deirdra Perkins. I have worked with Deirdra on three loans and her continued committment and consistent investment in her client's success while navigating the loan process is extrordinary. I have never felt like there was a "dumb" question or that I couldn't have the same thing explained to me more than once. If it mattered to me it matter to Deirdra. Her knowledge in the industry is immense and an immeasureable asset when working with her.

Used Superior for an auto loan, and this is the first time I've met and worked with AJ. I don't normally leave reviews anywhere, but I have to say that he went out of his way to help with this transaction. When the dealer stated that I couldn't take the car without the actual check, AJ drove the check to us at the dealership. I've never seen that kind of customer service, and have felt that this world has lost a lot of the "old style" personal relationships that it once had.
