Distributor Appliance Parts, Inc. — Attraction in Cinco Bayou

If I could give Distributor ten stars, I would.

Our zillion-year-old A/C unit stopped cooling. We had heard good things about Distributor from a few different people, including the contractor who did some work in our condo, so we gave them a call.

Cindy, Greg, and the whole Distributor team are friendly, professional, prompt, and move heaven and earth to get their customers taken care of. We had them attempt a hail mary repair on our AC unit (which Greg warned us was not likely to last long due to the age and condition of the unit...but we asked him to go ahead and try it) before replacing it entirely the next day. They got us scheduled quickly and we had a new AC installed 6 or 7 hours after calling them to let them know the repair wasn't successful. Greg and the other technician (whose name I did not catch) were polite, clean, and worked so quickly. Everything looks perfect, from the interior unit to the beautiful new thermostat--and it's chilling like a charm!

We also found their pricing to be very straightforward and reasonable. I don't think I've ever had such a wonderful experience with an HVAC company. When it comes time to have maintenance done on this new AC unit, we know who...

I called on a Wednesday to schedule an appointment for them to look at our washer. They didn't have anything available until the following Monday. He scheduled it for 2:00 pm. I told them that this is a rental property and they would need to contact me to get in. On Monday I called in the am to confirm the appt. They said it would be later at 3:30. I reminded them to contact me before he came. I called our office and said that the service person would be there and to tell our guest. I never heard from anyone, so the next morning I called to see what happened. They never even called me to let me know what happened. 1st Jim didn't know anything, then said someone went there and no one was there. I actually found this place from a gentleman at Lowe's that was reorganizing the store I needed a refrigerator handle mine had broken and I was at Lowe's looking for the part which Lowe's does that carry refrigerator handles just to let you know but they say he sent me over to this place and let me tell you the minute I walked in the door I was greeted with a smiling gentleman that was eager to help me and they had a dog there that was sweet as gold that loved attention and they had the part I needed which was even more awesome but this is a great wonderful hadn't find if you need a small piece to an appliance they...
