This gym is amazing. The facility has an incredible amount of equipment enabling athletes to succeed in their strength goals. The atmosphere is encouraging and inspiring. Training here energizes you and makes you want to crank it up a few levels. Just thinking about this place makes me want to chalk up my grip, say my prayers, take my vitamins, and hoist some weight! Untamed Strength indeed.

If you look on the Untamed Strength youtube channel, you will see a wealth of information covering a myriad of strength topics and other things performance related. These provided me with a great amount of information to build off of and made me want to inquire about personal training with Alan. I’ve seen many of his clients having tremendous success under his tutelage so I decided to take the leap. Read moreI have been to a lot of gyms all over the world, and I have never seen anything like untamed strength. The staff is very kind, and so is the clientele. It's incredible, everyone actually cleans up after themselves and re-racks their weights properly. Sounds like it should be a given, but if you've ever been to a commercial gym, you know that often isn't the case. If you're into powerlifting, you'll find plenty of specialized equipment and no shortage of squat racks. If you're into bodybuilding/hypertrophy training, there's a dedicated area with plenty of machines, dumbbells, etc. Everything is very well taken care of. Additionally, the complimentary strongman classes are the most fun I've ever had doing group exercise.
While some newcomers might be put off by the rugged powerlifting/strongman appearance, I can assure you this is probably the most welcoming gym...
Read moreAlan rocks. I purchased his form check online and drove 2 hours to visit his gym to do the form checkj in person after watching his online videos. I've been lifting for 35 years and he helped me clean up several technique flaws, greatly improving my shoulder and back safety. I've watched his youtube training but there really is no substitute for his in person form check. He spent over an hour with me on the four big lifts (deads - squat - bench - OHP). His cues are dead on.
