Starbucks — Restaurant in Citrus Heights

Worst customer service I have ever gotten at a Starbucks. I am disabled 50+ yr old lady who stopped in because I had to use the restroom really bad. So I walk in ask for the code she said I had to order first I said I would once I come out and then she goes and said no I have to take your order first so I gave her my order (again ask for the code letting her know already three times that I had to use the restroom really bad) I asked for the code again and she said no you have to pay for your order now I said I will once I come out I really have to use the rest she said I cannot give you the code until you pay for your order I am just following company policy. I have never had this problem before and if this is the company policy they really need to show some leniency when a customer comes in saying how bad they need to use the restroom. I literally almost pooped my pants. SMH. And this is very embarrassing to post but I am so upset about this that I'm actually posting this while I'm using the restroom right now. SMH. I'm a former employee so I know the rules. Also I know basic life things. The manager here refused to let me use the lobby restroom minutes after they closed the doors. Ok, you have to draw the line somewhere but I know the only reason we close the lobby is to mop the dang floor without people walking on it. Even after buying a 4 drinks in the drive thru and then explaining, that we were having a bathroom emergency, they REFUSED to open the doors. Not only this, but the beverage she suggested to my mother (while we were franticly looking for a toilet) had lemonade AND cream in Lemon+cream= curdled milk! Never...

This afternoon I had a horrible experience with the customer service. I proceeded in the drive Thru, Try to read off an order for My partner. And unfortunately the associate(Manager) wasn't able to understand what I was asking for in the drive-thru. So I proceeded to the Window. And Brianna was talking about me Disrespectfully/ unprofessionally with the other associates. . I told her that I heard her, and can I speak to her manager.
