B. Lodge & Company — Attraction in City of Albany

If I could give no stars for review, I would. Previously the owner of the store rudely ignored me while I attempted to politely and respectfully ask him a question. And this time in reference to my children’s uniform, I was sent a text message stating that my order was ready and when I went to the store almost two weeks later to pick up my order I was told only partial of my order was ready and I would have to come back. I requested a refund because I was the one who had been inconvenienced and not properly notified. The owner stated to me that I will not receive a refund and never apologized for the inconvenience and tried to tell me that I received a call stating that partial of my order was ready. The owner did not handle the situation as an owner should and has an insanely disgusting attitude. The owner of this store is extremely rude, unprofessional, inconsiderate, disrespectful and prejudice. He does not at all appreciate nor respect...

I've heard about this clothing store for 25 years I never went inside and everyone who goes there loves it! I honest to God was surprised at how basic and doll the merchandise was, however they seem to have something for everyone from everywhere being every race and every age. Their prices are very fair and they have really great prices on boxers and socks. I couldn't help but feel like the staff was staring at me while I was shopping because I have an oversized bag and I've never been in there however my boyfriend took me shopping and we left there with two big bags of clothes for about $148. I do admit it seems a little bit much however we have not tallied up our merchandise and the receipt together yet, perhaps I'm a little reluctant to confirm his suspicions that perhaps maybe perhaps we were overcharged? Bought 8 keys at Lodges. Only 1 out of 8 keys worked at all. Tried to get a refund and they sarcastically informed us they don’t give refunds on keys. So for those looking for a way to make money for nothing you can sell keys that don’t work and call it a business. Went to Mangiones Locksmith prior to returning the keys and they got all keys perfectly right the first time.

Buyer beware. I wouldn’t shop here for anything. Talked to manager who just parroted what the person who did not know how to cut the keys said. They were sarcastic and dismissive (oh, well that’s how we do it). All keys rxcept one did not work at all despite many tries. They suggested getting DW40.
