It really will make you feel good walking alone, with a love one or with your dog, along the bike trail which is part of the Corning Preserve. There are plenty of space for everyone. Also, facilities, play ground for the little ones, picnic area with B.B.Q. grills are available around the are. There are other attractions close by, like the Dutch Apple Cruising, The Slater, Albany Rowing Center, The Skyway and the most important thing: the Hudson River. All this facilities are free of cost and family friendly. So, don't stay at home and come down to the Corning Preserve and walk alone the Hudson River. The bike trails past the public dock get a bit confusing. Sometimes you can't tell if it's a pedestrian or bike area.
