0 stars! I’ve been coming here since Jan of this year and the last few times I’ve come there have been issues. Today was the straw that broke the camels back. I asked the main tech to fix the shape of my nails (they were looking real duck billish, which was NOT the shape I wanted.) She hands me the file to fix my own shape. The best nail salon I have ever been to in Albany. Starting with how reasonable the prices are. This place take their time and makes sure you are truly satisfied. I have been to places in Albany that rip you off and do a horrible job. This is my new favorite spot and the staff is wonderful is super sweet. My girlfriend and I came here for the first time because we just moved here and they not only took us as a walkin but did such a fantastic job making us feel at home.
