I called today to ask some questions that most people would wonder when they are trying to look into cbd products etc. The man who answered the phone was extremely rude and monotone with me. Told me that he couldn't answer any of my questions. His exact words were " i'm not a doctor and i can't give you medical advice or anything like that." okay, valid. But He told me he didn't want to influence my decisions with the drug. I'm a grown woman i don't need your advice on my personal decisions😂 Along with " i'm swamped for christmas and i'm not going to be able to answer any questions you have." just saying, i was asking about his customer ratio based on age and how easy is it to be taken seriously asking questions about the industry. I’ve been to this store a handful of times, I live 40 minutes away so I can’t get there so often. My first few visits were good experiences from what I remember and recently my husband, my dad, and I, stopped over to buy a sticker, and the workers weren’t really friendly to my dad and husband. I asked questions about a rig and had gotten answers and didn’t have an issue. But my dad went again last weekend to buy another sticker, and felt as if they weren't friendly to him once again. This is really unfortunate because they have a cool store and I’m not sure if the staff acts like that to be safe about laws and what they can say, but they made my husband and my dad feel very unwelcome and disappointed. I stoped in shop after a little time out from society with only money on my phone. Told the gentleman about my misfortune and asked if I could buy a pre-roll with my phone. After being told no I said thanks and was about to leave when he so graciously gave me a sliver stick preroll and a lighter and said welcome back bro its on the house.
