Art Noey Appliance - Frankenmuth — Attraction in City of Frankenmuth

My 30+ year old dishwasher broke. I called the store and asked if they had the top model Maytag to replace my old one. They did. In less than a week Cody and (forgot name of other guy) came to install it and found that I needed a longer cord than what is standard. I would have been frustrated but the guys called everywhere to find one and promised me they would be back on Tuesday to install it with the proper cord. ( The old dishwasher cord was over 10 ft and frayed (a fire hazzard). What I liked most about these guys is they explained everything and went above and beyond to accomadate me. Not only were they nice, but they were sanitary in their work, being extra careful not to scratch the flooring. I have bought appliances from a big box store before and was so dissatisfied with the service. I am so glad I called Art Noey. Ordered Maytag side-by-side refrigerator freezer. Was given 2-week estimated delivery. Now going on five weeks. A week ago was told “in transit” with no delivery date promised. Couldn’t tell us where the appliance was. Nice people. Good products. Reasonable prices. I can’t, though, in good conscience recommend the store unless you have no urgency as we do in getting the appliance. They do offer loaners which doesn’t...
