I pass 5 different bigbys in my daily routine. This location is the last resort, even though it is the most convenient location wise. I was in their drive-through today and waited 17 minutes for my coffee which is ridiculous. All four of the other big bees on my route I’m in and out in less than five minutes every single time. It is a newer location and the baristas are like savages for tips. I strongly recommend a big big gift card or cash. They are rude to you if you use a card do not give them a large tip. This is not one isolated event. This happens every time I have gone there using a card which is dozens of times. Even to the point where I have experimented to see if giving a tip results and better made drinks and after many times of alternating, it is without a doubt my experience that if I do not give a tip, my drink will be gross. It’s already in eight dollar coffee for a latte People cannot afford to give you two or three extra dollars for doing your job. And how much I tip the barista should not determine the quality of the product apart from having terrible coffee when I don’t pay $13 for a latte it’s pretty rare that I have 15 to 20 minutes to wait when I can get it in three or four minutes...
Read moreUpdated 3/24/2025 Service and food/drink are always excellent, but WiFi speeds are still extremely slow, still unable to attend video meeting using your connection... my cell speeds were 110mb upload /14mb download, as a comparison.
Always friendly and nice, order is always accurate, which is important for someone with food allergies.
However its SO loud inside, makes it impossible to have a phone conversation or conference call without the noise in the store (coffee machines, customer conversations etc) clearly heard by the people on the other end of the call even with the best ambient noise reduction headsets on the market. :-(
I love the option to enjoy a cup of coffee and a muffin away from my home office but this location makes it hard to do any sort of business by phone while sitting in the store. Internet speeds are mediocre and you can't have a video call while connected to in-store WiFi, even connecting on just a VOIP call, with no video is really spotty.
Also, why are the two desk spaces so high? Sitting in the booth, the table surface is at my armpits. Difficult to work at.

Read moreBUGby Coffee - Yuck! Finding a bug in the bottom of your smoothie when you are on your last slurp is extremely off-putting. I have no idea how this was not seen by the barista. There is 0% chance this guy went into her drink after leaving the store. I wanted to take the cup in to show the employees, but my daughter didn't want me to bother. She definitely did not want a free drink from here. On the bright side, it gave us something to joke about during our trip by calling it Buggby Coffee. There are many places to get coffee, tea, and smoothies in Frankenmuth that are less expensive. I would not recommend this place.
