If there was a negative rating, this place would get it! I came in this afternoon to get my boys (9&11) out of the house after a week of not being able to get them out because of a recent surgery I had. When my wife and I came to the register they wanted to charge for 4 as general admission. I explained to the rep that if I had to pay for myself and my wife even though we were not going to utilize or be apart of any activities due to my surgery and my wife also recovering from a prior surgery. We were just bringing my boys to get distracted. When he said there was nothing he can do I asked for a manager. I guess this so called manager “Jack” who was standing behind him the entire time looked at me in a condescending manner and just said “this please is like Disneyland, you have to pay to get in wether or not I get on the rides”. I looked over at my wife and we were both shocked at the way he spoke to us. I explained that I understood but that my kids are under age and that I couldn’t just let them walk in by themselves. After some exchange of rude responses and powertrip from the manager I decided just to pay for all 4 of us. When I was ready to make the payment he asked for my wife and my ID. I mentioned to him that I didn’t have it on me but that I had a picture. He insisted that I could not enter without my ID. Again I looked over at my wife and looked back and asked him if he was serious. He looked at my wife’s ID and gave it back to her then again asked for mine. And with a smile he says that I couldn’t come in because I needed an ID. I was so confused and getting frustrated that I proceeded to pay for my wife and kids and that I would just wait in the car. When I handed my card to him I looked at him and told him that he had a lot to learn to be a manager and that I was very disapointed on how he was handling the situation. As I was saying this another “Head Manager” by the name of Andy jumps in and refuses us to come in at all in a rude tone without knowing the situation. He rudely proceeded to hand me back my card and basically kicked us out because of my comment. Wow!!! This definitely is nothing like Disneyland! What a joke. Corporate will definitely be hearing from me. This was so disrespectful and...
Read moreI’m not really sure what exactly I’m missing that the other reviewers are experiencing. Maybe I’m just not a parent that’s expecting Chuck E. Cheese’s? Not sure, but I’ve been to this specific location three times now over the past two years with younger adults and we loved it. $21 each or whatever we paid for 90 minutes was far cheap enough to warrant coming here repeatedly. They did have a new BB gun based arcade machine, but it wasn’t feeding BB’s which was a let down. Everything else was great. Electric mini bike track, batting cages, arcade games, trampolines, obstacle course, roller blading, basketball court, bull riding area, and more. The best part? If you decide to stay past your scheduled exit you’ll get charged a whole dollar per 10 minutes over. You’ll probably be tapping out after an hour and a half anyway. If you’re not? You won’t break the bank. Only thing I can draw from all these negative reviews is to not bring your 9 year old here for a birthday party. But if that is you, just go to rock n jump or somewhere your prepubescent can practice pulling off sick back flips and breaking their neck on the trampolines while they are still able to order of the kids menu. Also don’t fall victim to ordering food knowing you’ll spend 30% of the time you paid for eating at a place that does not and should not prioritize that experience. Of course it will be expensive...
Read moreI've never heard of this place before being invited here for a birthday party. It was as bad as the other reviews. The check-in/waiver process was ridiculous. Long lines, no one knows what's going on. Pretty much customers directing other customers. There was a QR code to do the waver from your mobile phone, but it did not work. So everyone had to wait for a terminal.
There were many areas to play for kids of all ages but it seemed to be a free for all. For rollerskating/blading, you grabbed your own equipment. One attendant was present, not sure what her function was. You chose your own safety equipment, if you wanted any. Then it was unclear whether these were disinfected before returning back for someone else to use.
There was food for purchase but we were told that they only had drinks and ice cream, even tho other foods were listed on the wall. There seemed to be an ice cream case, but only 3 flavors were available for purchase. Oh, and the sprite I purchased only had soda water. After telling the employee, nothing was done when I came back later for a refill.
Also disturbing was the fact that there was no hand sanitizer to be found in the whole place... in this post-COVID world, isn't that a given? Birthday party food was pizza, there were tons of kids touching everything, yet no hand...
