If you're planning a visit, I highly recommend making a reservation for the Peking Duck Three Ways. It's a must-try culinary adventure! Duck skin is undeniably delicious. The Fried Sweet & Sour Pork Loin is an absolute showstopper! Consider it the restaurant's masterpiece – a harmonious blend of crispy exterior and succulent, tender pork inside. The sweet and sour sauce adds a delightful twist.

The service was attentive and efficient, ensuring a seamless dining experience from beginning to end. The staff's familiarity with the menu was commendable, and they were more than willing to provide guidance based on our preferences. Every dish that graced our table was a testament to NC Peking Duck's dedication to culinary excellence.

Before you go, I suggest inquiring about their current lunch and dinner specials. It's a smart move to make the most of your visit and explore the offerings that might add an extra layer of delight to...

I had heard about this roast duck restaurant from others and decided to drive a long way to try it. I arrived around 4 PM, only to be told the restaurant opens at 5 PM. There was no hospitality or information provided, especially about needing to reserve roast duck 50 minutes in advance. I waited until 5 PM, placed my order, and then was informed that roast duck requires a reservation and we’d need to wait another 50 minutes for it to be prepared.

There are several issues here: If the restaurant is closed in the afternoon, why does it show as ‘open’ in google maps? Why didn’t the staff inform us about the reservation requirement for roast duck when we arrived at 4 PM? The service was unprofessional and lacked courtesy, making the whole experience feel like a complete waste of time.

I won’t be returning, and I don’t recommend this...

Wth. This place is so delicious and I didn't even know the plaza had opened a place like this. LOL.

I got invited to a partner's family birthday dinner here and I gotta say, good choice. It's similar to Sichuan food, a lotttt of spices and seasoning used and it. was. delicious. We ordered a lamb dish, tasted amazing, I couldn't stop eating it even though my mouth was numb and on fire. The meat was tender, they were thinly sliced so the texture was perfect. Also quite enjoyed their string beans dish. I also attempted at the mapo tofu, great use of silken tofu, but unfortunately I was at my spicy limit that I wasn't able to eat much of it.

It was also nice of the staff and cook to specifically make a simple egg fried rice for the little kids (they're not big on the spiciness).

Definitely would try and come...

Been to this restaurant when they were in a smaller location. Now it's in a huge space right next to the Mama Lu's Dumpling House. This space is so big it offers a private VIP room. We always come here for the roast duck because it's soooo good. Well, it's still sooooooo good. Love how it's cut into fine little slices. No need to deal with bones or finding the meat. It's all nicely laid out on a beautiful platter. I also ordered their signature buns, the texture is sooo soft and chewy. I chose the pork and onion flavor. It's tastes just like buns I used to eat as a kid in Taiwan. It's rare to find buns of this quality. If you plan on coming here, it's recommended you reserve in advance and request the Peking duck platter. Otherwise they do sell out fast.

This is our go to place in Rowland Heights. The service is always friendly and quick. We still haven’t tried it’s Peking Duck yet as you need to order ahead of time, but we will soon try that and update this review. It’s pancakes and stuffed buns are excellent and as well as the crispy pig intestines. All other dishes that we’ve tried were all pretty decent, though not excellent, except for the two dishes mentioned above. Update: we finally tired it’s Peking Duck and it was decent. It was on the small side. We also ordered beef pot stickers, which were pretty good. Its best dish, however, is the spicy deep fried intestines, probably the best in town, a must try.
