Wouldn’t return phone calls (I had to pretend to be a new potential customer for him to answer), kept telling us he would refund part of our deposit but never did until the day of the event (kept playing dumb saying “oh you never got it” “I need to talk to my financial guy” etc), never told us we would be responsible for clearing our own plates after we ate, added on extra fees that were not discussed when we paid the deposit, said we could arrive at 9:15am to start setting up but they were still cleaning when we arrived.
