Dairy Queen (Treat) — Restaurant in City of Lackawanna

I ordered a Reese Cup blizzard cake on April 24th, paid for it and picked it up on Friday the 25th of April. I have ordered this cake a handful of times in the past and I was completely satisfied not only with the appearance, but the cake was delicious. I got a cake with yellow icing on the bottom. I asked why is the icing yellow, he said I ran out of white. I was so dissapointed, but I ordered the cake for my family. I paid over $30 for this cake, and everyone was asking why is the icing yellow on the bottom. I told them why, and they said I shouldn't have taken it. That was our dessert, I am sorry. The gentleman that took my order said ohh this is the first cake order. I had a bad feeling when he said that. Nevertheless, I was very disappointed when I saw the yellow icing. It took away from.the look of the delicious cake. I have never had a problem with blizzard...

By far the worst experience. My friend and I never go to DQ we wanted to get a treat without our kids while we were out. Well we stopped here and from the moment I walked up too place a order I just knew. The girl who was about 16 years old was plan out rude and felt entitled to the point of telling my friend she was fat without saying it. Long story short she ordered a“small” cone $3.80 twist with chocolate sprinkles was not the order she received . She received chocolate ice cream with chocolate sprinkles she took two bites and realized it was wrong. She went up to entitled 16 year old who said I’m sorry you ate more than half the ice cream I can’t take it back, but you can buy a new one. I purchased a Reese Cup blizzard cake and picked it up on Friday. The gentleman that took my order said oh this is the first cake to be ordered. He asked me if frosting went around the bottom. I said there was icing at the bottom. He said, "Okay, I ordered and paid for this cake on Thursday and picked it up on Friday the 25th of April.
