Jokers Bar — Restaurant in City of Lackawanna

People were raving about the fish fry so we went to try it. We ordered extra coleslaw and macaroni salad, if the serving in the photo is considered extra, I can't imagine what amount they give for a normal serving. All of the sides were good, potato salad and macaroni salad both had great flavor, potatoes were soft in the potato salad as they should be, the french fries were fresh and not frozen which is great, although they were a bit hard. Texture of the fish and the batter were both fantastic, the fish was not slimy at all, it was super soft and tasted great, the batter was crunchy and light which was great, although it lacked any flavor aside from the oil it was fried in , unfortunately. this fish fry had skin on it also. Jokers bar is amazing Fun for everyone! It's a fully remodeled bar with clean bathrooms which is very important for women! They serve food which is really good the cook does a wonderful job! Keith is an amazing chef. Has a lot of creativity in interesting flavors in his specials but also prepares outstanding favorites from wings, burgers, soups, sandwiches and more.
