I've been to a lot of different parks in lower Westchester trying to find the perfect place for my toddler. From whe she first started to walk till now at 2 and shes climbing on her own. And this this is my favorite top pick. Equiptment has for younger toddlers and older kids. Its scenic as its by large twin ponds and the childrens library is within The one thing i dont like is the playground area. The one thing i dont like is that a section of the bigger playground area leads to the outside and if you have a natural curious and wondering child its hard to see through the playground to that opening from the other side; however if you go towards that side you cant see the other side entrance...

Really great park, with a variety of play sections for kids of different ages from about 5-12. My 7 year old had a blast there today. There is also a beautiful pond and a stream that kids can explore with parental supervision ofcourse. Ducks frequent the pond and do not seem bothered by people. The park also has a nice little sand box, play area. Nice quiet little gem. No bathroom on site, but there is a Mc Donalds just up the block.
