Went to this store to make a quick purchase and was never greeted upon entrance(terrible customer service for a local deli), waited at the register for cashier to stop playing on her phone to cash me out. I was never given a total- good thing I'm not illiterate or have a disability where I can't read or see the register, was cashed out without one word spoken and then when I commented on service the female that had been working the register got very rude. Called back to speak to the owner about the service received and learned it happened to be the same rude cashier who became irate on the phone. If this is how she provides service I wouldn't expect much more for anyone else...

I walked in and wasn't familiar with the store but one of the employees named Antonio walked me around the entire store and helped me with anything I needed. He told me he doesn't work there during the day most times but this was a rare occasion. I feel like it was truly a blessing. He reminded me of my son Pietro. He made my experience 100x better. I'm an older man about to be 86 and have a hard time walking and Antonio offered to take my groceries to the car and load them for me. I offered him a tip but he declined and said that it was his pleasure to help me. I will be back to this...
