Chinatown Restaurant — Restaurant in City of Niagara Falls

I have gone to a few Chinese fast takeouts in this neighborhood and the food is just ok.. I tried Chinatown Kitchen and truly enjoy their food, All the times I have ordered they were very nice to me and the food was very good in taste and fresh.. Not over cooked or recooked. Which is what make a place like this the place to order from..

I noticed the guy at the counter seems unfriendly at time but he really is friendly and super nice. I noticed he is constantly dealing with people giving him a hard time for silly reasons which is unfair to someone that is there to simplify your night by making you a dinner so you can just go home and relax..

So from me the counter guy gets 10 ⭐️✨🌟⭐️✨⭐️🌟✨🌟⭐️😊😊😊

I wanted to like this place after all of the great reviews, and the nice staff helping me out, but it fell way, way short. Szechuan Beef: scant, grisly pieces of flavorless beef with giant pieces of broccoli and green pepper taking up most of the real estate, the white rice wasn't even good (???). Wonton soup: wontons were good but broth was super oily. I ended up binning most of this meal. If you do decide to go for it be sure to ask them to box the rice separately from the main, I've never had a Chinese restaurant do this so didn't expect it, nor did I enjoy it.

I ordered chicken lo mein with a side of white rice. The food was flavorless and the chicken tasted like it was a different animal. They squeezed all the food in one container. Usually you get a pint of rice on the side. I am so disappointed that they charged me full price 😭.Never will you get another penny from me. Also my coworker ordered sweet and sour chicken with a side of chicken lo mein and her shit was terrible as well. It was smashed in one small container as well. Never again.
