Smash Brothers NY - Buffalo Niagara Falls Rage Room — Attraction in City of Niagara Falls

I was very hopeful for this experience but was not impressed unfortunately. We had to wait almost an hour past our scheduled time, that being said we were still very pumped for the experience. Once we got in, the massive mound of glass and broken stuff was so piled up in the room that we had only a limited place to actually break any of the stuff we had. That being said we pushed on in good spirits.... the “weapons” so to speak were extremely limited. Only one baseball bat that was beat to hell.... 2 heavy pipes and about 8 heavy crowbars, so the only thing I could really swing was the bat that was almost useless. We had 50 glass bottles which sounded amazing, until I tried to break them, they were big heavy thick glass bottles that usually took 2-3 tries to break, made it pretty unsatisfying as what we all look forward to is that breaking noise ( I have a BIG strong husband and he even had to go more than once on some of them)We still made the best of it and after our Beast Mode was over, and the hurting hands and arms from all the over and over attempts at breaking these bottles, I was at least excited to have the go pro video. Turns out I had to wait 2 weeks to get the video in an email. There was a 30 second edited version and a 17 minute full video. Both super unpleasant because of horrible techno music they dubbed over the video. PROS: the guy working was very very nice and accommodating as much as possible. When I emailed about my video after a week they got right back to me to let me know when to expect it. It was a great workout lol ALL IN ALL: I really really really wanted to love this experience but it was very unsatisfying for the $108 I paid. I hope they clean the room out and get some actual breakables that break when u hit them with a bat.... I also hope they get a supply of weapons because what was there was super disappointing, and lastly..... had I at least gotten my video of what was supossed to be uncut footage without the horrible music over it so I could hear my husband and I talking and things actually breaking or even just the music that was actually playing in the room that was a billion times less irritating, I probably wouldn’t be writing this review. Hopeful that this place makes...

First off this place was a lot of fun, always wanted to do this and this place forfilled that urge! Ron is absolutely fantastic and helped me a great deal. I lost my ring here and Ron went above and beyond to help me find it. I would suggest not wearing jewelry of any kind before going in, but other than that this place is phenomenal. I highly recommend this place for those of you who may be going through anything, come here and unload!

This was a birthday present from my best friend and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We went on Saturday,March 11th.

This was a blast! What a great way to blow off steam and stress!!!! They provided a full service rage room experience. This includes: jumpsuits, metal-toed shoe cover, face shields, gloves, and goggles. We booked the Ultimate Rage experience, which allowed us to smash one electronic and six milk crates full of glass beer bottles for 4 people for 25min. We didn't feel rushed during our experience, as only one group is participating at a time including changing into the protective gear before and after the rage room experience. Definitely wear gym clothes and a good pair of sneaks, you will work up a sweat! The location of Smash Brothers is outside of downtown Niagara Falls, so finding parking was easy and not congested with tourist traffic. Overall, a lot of fun...
