Center of oval is flat and perfect for picnic, kite flying, frisbee, etc. Small playground for young kids. There is also a gazebo and a defunct small ice rink that kids use for riding bikes, roller skating. On summer weekends you'll find car shows, weddings at gazebo, soccer, lacrosse games and more. Paved parking...

Watched PAL football games, great location but very poor condition fields. For such events participant's local expenditures, you would expect better conditions. Come on City of Plattsburgh, invest in youth. That is never a...
