Scott's Rochester Photo Supply — Attraction in City of Rochester

Seriously the best!! I had been searching high and low for a specific camera that’s been backordered everywhere. Just when I was about to give up and settle for something else, I discovered this amazing store and the owner was incredibly helpful.

She took the time to walk me through all of my options, answered every question, and gave me confidence to stick with the camera I truly wanted. She even went as far as contacting her rep to see what she could do about having the camera shipped prior to my trip! Throughout the entire process she was transparent and kept me updated.

It was refreshing to get truthful information and not feel pressured into buying. Not to mention the camera was sold at MSRP, and not marked up like big corporations, Amazon and Best Buy.

Support small businesses like this one. I will be recommending them to all my fam...

Update 3/29/21 - Received phone call from manager who was very apologetic and understanding. Offered me partial refund which was very generous. Great follow-up customer service.

Very disappointed with their service. Took some tapes to be digitally transferred for husband’s birthday. I was told it would be 4-6 weeks for the entire process. At the end of 6 weeks, I called to inquire the status and they hadn’t even been sent out yet to begin the transformation. Employee said he would rush to have them completed in less than a week but this was not the case. The entire process took over 7 weeks. I will not bring my business to them again nor will I ever recommend them to...

I walk in because i was recommended by someone, instantly respectful, good attitude, and positivity came in. He was amazing, i was apologetic about wasting his time, but his disagreed and said “i’m here to make people happy”

So guess where my next camera will be from? From them! I felt appreciated, respected, and listened to. I wasted about 1 hour of his time constantly asking question, he showed me the cameras, gave me the cameras to try, and gave me great recommendations. He was passionate patient.

If there was 100 stars i would give them 1000. Amazing team....
