Who knew a Frank Lloyd Wright house in Rochester! Found it while looking for something to do while visiting friends and it was within a couple of miles of their home so we drove over. It's in a beautiful neighborhood with many other magnificent homes. On the FLW website it states that this home was restored over a 2 year period of time and is privately owned. The most striking feature from outside is the cantilevered porch, which is amazing to see in a city full of porches. Steel beams are embedded in the house which are the only supports for the porch roof. It's remarkable to see perfect lines on a roof that has no visible support.
