Having moved to Rome I changed my pharmacy to Walgreens on Black River BLVD where I have had nothing but problems and issues' every time I went and picked up my as well as my moms prescriptions. The staff seems at best incompetent as well as inefficient and lazy. They seem to always have at least half a dozen people milling about and still the wait times are insane. No one knows anything and I'm happy I have switched my pharmacy back to CVS in Target where at most Ive seen two people, never had a problem and also the staff at CVS in target is fast, efficient and knows what they're doing unlike the staff at Walgreens on Black River BLVD. Also if you have to buy Covid test your better just driving to CVS in target in New Hartford because even that simple task they have an incredibly hard time with.
