Burger King — Restaurant in City of Rome

Came through drive through no hamburgers only fried food so I ordered a #9 plain add cheese told them have an allergy to mayo and I get to the window they all me to pull to the front to wait on fries well word a few minutes then I see 3 workers come out none of them have my food with them instead they're sitting there smoking on a vape pen which I get weed is legal but shouldn't be smoked during work hours and especially in the food industry but that is what it is the one worker comes up to me ask me am I waiting for anything and I said yeah my order from drive-thru and they go well what was your order so I had to tell them and they go oh let me go check they came back out with my food 2 minutes later and said be careful the french fries are hot they just came out which they were they were cold so when I got home and we got our food out of the bag the order was wrong there was mayonnaise on the sandwich that I told him that there was a food allergy too so I basically wasted $30 tonight for dinner and then I tried calling and nobody answers it just rings and...

I give it 2 stars not because of food but because 5 times in a span of 6 months have I arrived only to be sent away because of early closes.

Today, it was no big deal because it was posted and official close time, just early (albeit i didn't see any signage but I might have simply missed it). The other 4 however, public posted close time was normal 11pm but id arrive at 10:30 and get sent away.

I understand you want to close the grill get cleaned up, close register tills, etc. I know, I've worked retail register in a store that closes down each night. What I dont understand is why its done during public open hours and why people are sent away.

The counter person was polite and met me with a smile. The tables were clean. The soda area was cleaned up as soon as I left it. I have the shakes really bad, so getting one lid is impossible. I always have lid explosions. They cleaned up right away. I normally toss the lids myself. However, someone had put a cup in the trash hole and blocked it up while I was getting my drink.
