Formal Review: I recently purchased a Mattress Set from ACT II Mattress Store for my lady/fiancé. Vince was wonderful in facilitating a delivery on my schedule. He even delivered it to East Greenbush at no cost to us.

He and his team are professionals, diligent and tidy. They set the frame, box foundation & Queen Addison Mattress in a matter of minutes. They even cleaned up all the parts form our oils bed/mattress. I surely appreciate their punctuality, honesty and integrity.

I had purchased a used coffee table and a new bedroom set, the coffee table had a few scratches but was a good deal since it was real wood, however, the "top of the line" mattress that I purchased started to sag within 6 months, after I complained about this the owner told me that the mattresses are covered by a 15 year warranty and he would take care of a replacement, it is now 3 months later since my original complaint and numerous follow-up requests and complaints with nothing being done.
