Broadway Joe’s Pizza & Subs — Attraction in City of Schenectady

Originally, I had ordered from a different pizza place around the corner, and my husband went to this location by mistake as he did not see my texts letting him know I was going to order from a different place. He ordered a large pepperoni pizza and waited for it. It was ready in 10 minutes as they knew of the misunderstanding and didn’t want him to wait. The pizza was so good, probably the best pizza I’ve ever had in the area. They also gave us a free slice of Sicilian pizza. The employees were super nice and accommodating even though I was being a little annoyed at my husband on speakerphone for going to the wrong place. Not sure why they have bad reviews, the pizza was super thin with foldable slices, great sauce, tasty pepperoni, and a crisp bottom when you bite into it, it had that “crisp” it’s supposed to have. Try this place, you will not regret it. Buy from here all the time. Yet tonight I had an issue with the price, so I questioned them. Learned they charge more for credit cards, I understand that. So I said I'd pay cash, we'll their total was still almost $2 over what it should be. And I pointed that out. We'll they didn't like that. I ordered 2 hot subs and tater tots with bacon and cheese. #1 I was given a time of 45 -1 hr ,took 1 hr and 45min .my meatball sub was cold and soggy as hell. The chicken bacon ranch was made with either old nasty oil or old chicken it smells funny and breading came off in one piece, and then came the tots soggy gross and bacon on top looked uncooked.
