Yeti Frozen Yogurt & Cafe — Attraction in City of Syracuse

I will never go or support this establishment never again guy was very rude to my family and I ... he didnt even greet us coming in and gave us dirty looks as we walked in... mind you I been here a couple timea myself and the guy usually speaks... then my kids were making their yogurt cups mind you they have 2 different size cups everyday wenesday which is $8 day the cups mad little and the yogurt comes out the machine fast and even if you arent holding the arm to the machince it still comes out.... so he got mad because my kids got yogurt on the floor they only 8yrs old... so i apologized on my behalf and he says " you gotta be kidding me with a attlitude i offered to clean up the mess they made he declined and said he will do it himself .. and and pushed up the arm to the machine forcefully with a attitude and say " well they didnt push it back up all the way" ...with a attiude and i said "well they only kids and he just was looking all funny in the face... the lady at the counter gon ask how many cups we got it was 5 of us my daughter didnt even have a cup ... so im like im paying seperatly hold on i payed for the 2 she gonna ask me 2 more times.. i then told her i wasnt done making mine yet she was rushing me to pay like i was gonna run out the damn door and not pay ... like everything was so unprofessional i will not be back there again this lifetime next lifetime they will never get my money or business so take heed if...

Visited Yeti Frozen Yogurt and Cafe on Father's Day, and it was an absolute delight! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm welcome by the young woman at the register, the chef/who I believe was the owner. Their hospitality was exceptional, making us feel right at home. The young women taking our order kindly informed us about the daily specials and items that were out of stock, ensuring we had all the info to make our choices.

The food was incredibly fresh and bursting with flavor—truly fantastic! We couldn’t resist staying for dessert, and the Raspberry Vanilla Dole Whip twist was a highlight, perfectly creamy and delicious. The entire experience was so memorable that we’re already planning our next visit and debating what to try next. Yeti is a gem, and we’ll definitely be back!...

Not only was the owner cordial, professional and extremely friendly, he went out of his way to make sure my kids and I had the absolute best experience, even in the short time we were there waiting for our order. Prompt, excellent service and of course the food was absolutely outstanding!! Will be back again soon. This is now my new favorite little spot in Cuse. I have two young children and they and I felt the vibe of the place as soon as we walked in the door. Loved every moment and every morsel.
