The physical store itself is great , staff are helpful and attentive answering questions with the best knowledge available. What I am about to say does not reflect on them but the quality control by the state of NewYork Now about the products: 1. Seems to be a consistent dryness going on.(overdried) to the point of nearly powder when using fingers to break uo. The weights never seem to be consistant, for instance if you buy a prepackaged product saying it weighs 7g but comes in on a 6.12 or even a 6.41 that is still not the weight you pay for! (Again not the shop more about the state regulations). The inconsistent labeling of strains *for instance how one company labels it *indica and another one would lable it *sativa for someone that doesn't know and is just reading labels things can take a turn for the worse if someone has a bad reaction to one or the other. *Again these are not the problems of the store as they just get shipped the products approved by NewYork State after checked by regulations.At the same time it does become the problem of the retailer. because they then have to sell it this way (leaving for them the retailer to deal with the B.S.) fix it NY!

Check your total when you order online versus what they actually charge you. They round your total up to a whole dollar amount. I noticed this recently and called them out on my most recent visit. They said they "don't do change." I don't care if it's only 24 cents! You're still stealing! Think about what 24 cents adds up to if you do it to every customer! Yeah I swore at your employees! They had the audacity to gaslight me instead of just fixing it! I literally came in with exact change! They shouldn't have allowed the situation to escalate to the point they did! In the end they refused my sale and threw my change at me. I don't mean to be petty, but you shouldn't be ripping me off by petty amounts! Oh, and I don't need your dispensary, I grow my own and have a medical card. I like a little variety, and you guys are close by. But if I want variety, I can go elsewhere. If you would like my business back, I would love to arrange a time to meet at your dispensary and receive a personal apology from your manager, the employee who failed to assist me, and yourself! Centrally located on a busy street in the middle of the city. professionally laid out inside. Prices are normal for a dispensary. Product as described. Did have an incident when I visited the store but was sorted out the following day. ###Business Is Good.. The place has filled out I've noticed in the past few months for sure. Don't hear any complaints either, everyone is easy going for the most part but don't let that get misconstrued with shortcuts & non compliance.
