Bella Bride — Local services in City of Utica

I booked with Bella Bride at the wedding expo. I was happy I went! It was my first time ever trying on wedding dresses here, and I felt like it was the perfect experience. They're appointment only, and it's an intimate experience with only your guests of choice. I had the option of having my mom help me into the dresses or my consultant. I chose my mom, and then the consultant clipped me into the dresses. There's a full changing room with a closing door and a mirror to dress in. It's a great spot to just have alone time with a dress if you need time to think. The shop is located in an outer portion of a larger building, so you had to walk a little bit to the bathroom, but it wasn't hard to find. There was only street parking. I believe if you or someone with you is in a wheelchair they will be able to come. It just might be a squeeze coming from the front reception area into the back of the store. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Bella Bride. Franca literally saved my wedding. Four days before my wedding, I needed a new dress. Kristine made me an appointment for the next day, and Franca helped me during my appointment. Franca was creative in helping me find a solution to my dress disaster, and picked out a dress for me that I never would have picked for myself. I am so glad she did! We found a perfect dress and she let me buy the floor model given the time constraints. Everyone has complimented me on how beautiful my dress was. Their shop is clean and impeccably decorated. They have a great selection of the latest trends in wedding gowns. Their prices are very reasonable for the brands and styles they have. I made an appointment and was greeted immediately upon my arrival by one of the owners and the pampering began! I explained I was looking for a mother of the bride dress and the style and price range I was looking for. We looked at all of the dresses that met my criteria and then we selected dresses to try on together, with suggestions being made to assist me. I ultimately tried on a dress that I bypassed due to feeling it was “plain” at the owner’s suggestion. Then out came the dressy belts and the perfect outfit for me appeared!! All easily within my budget. Dress came in early and fit well, only needed minor adjustments. I have been in several weddings, best experience ever! I highly recommend this shop...
