Claremore Electric Department — Attraction in Claremore

I lived in Claremore Oklahoma for 4 years, The Electricity Company is one of the biggest problems and unprofessional support because the power out at Alphaville apartments and other area that was close to Claremore Oklahoma. The Hotline phone number is also very stupid for not answering to any calls even entered the account number to contact representative but certainly hang up the call. What a waste of time for a coward and non-support company that I ever lived, not to mention the Utility bills prices are high the last year for new comers. It's time for Electric Department Company in Claremore Oklahoma needs to change and make it right for everyone that are or still middle class...

Incompetence at its finest!! So I set my bill to be pulled out automatically on the due date every month and all of a sudden I get a late fee. Supposedly because my bank didn't release the payment in time so Claremore charged a late fee. Even though it is set up to pay automatically. You all already charge a fee to pull automatically now late fees because you all have a jacked up system!! You all can't even keep your utility system running! You also say you didn't charge anyone when their power was out after the storm yet my monthly fees didn't decrease for that week...

It’s honestly a shame the people of Claremore have to be stuck with such an incompetent electric company. When we sold our house they tried to tack on extra fees and lie by saying you had an unpaid “past due” bill when we were on autopay the entirety of our living there. The lady on the phone hung up on my husband after 15 minutes on hold because she “didn’t like his tone”. As a customer service worker this is probably THE WORST utility company I’ve had to deal with. They can’t even keep the power operating and yet they have the audacity to throw in...
