I had been sitting in this restaurant yesterday whilst waiting for my ride. My mentally disabled friend to whom I will not disclose a name. He had been seated near me to eat. After his meal , a teenaged man had cleaned off his table. My friend was going to leave when he noticed that as he presumed , his hat had been missing or misplaced. He goes to the restroom to look , comes back to the table where he had been seated and kindly asks the young man if he had seen it. The young man was very rude and all my friend had said was that his hat was wrapped up in his work shirt. Regardless of if he had incorrectly misplaced his hat or thought wrongly about where it has been , he should not have been treated in this manner. When m friend left the restaurant , the young man laughed at his disability with another customer. I am very , very dissapointed with the manner in which this young man chose to act. Especially I what is supposed to be perceived as a Christian workplace. I did not get the young man's name but i do know ta he was young , slender and had dark hair and glasses. Needless t say , when my Husband picked me up from this restaurant , we chose to eat at another restaurant. I am very dissapointed in how such a kind person was treated and I do not know that I will return to this...
Read moreI had planned to have my son's birthday bash at chil fil a in October with a party of at least 50 people. The majority of us had planned to purchase food from chic FIL a. I explained that we had a couple of children with life threatening allergies that could not have the birthday treats we planned to bring and I asked if i could bring a very small tray of things for them so that they didn't feel left out. The manager I spoke with said I could bring a cake and that everything else has to be ordered from them. She acted like she didn't have a care in the world about the fact these children have serious dietary restrictions and cannot have certain things. This location will never receive my service now or ever again. I have to change my interest invitations and find a new place to have his celebration because this manager disregarded the fact that these children have allergies and didn't want to feel left out. My son was premature and had came so far . I wanted to make his first birthday special and this is just a...
Read moreUpdate: Happened Again on 2/14/24. My daughter was given the order without the SW salad. This makes the last 6 times. WTH 🤦 Update: It is unfortunate at this time. I have to edit my review. I’m not sure if it’s poor management that has come in but unfortunately our families order has been wrong in any form of fashion. The last five times we’ve ordered there either it be online or drive up window. This is unlike any other Chick-fil-A that we have been to and if it’s happened to us this many times I can only imagine how many times has happened to other families with. large orders of 4 to 5 people. This last time it was just a double whammy. Not only was the order not complete but they also forgot about my order and I had to go in and get it. 15 minutes in to waiting on my online order paid the employee brings the drinks out but no food. When asked the employee was not sure, then say it will be...
