Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Claremore

So disappointed. This place has crashed and burned. I used to love this place when i worked at this location in the 90s. Product and ingredients were quality and the store was well maintained. I don't know if the GM doesn't care or doesn't see but someone/everyone needs to be retrained. My server was great though! Buffet was sad. Two steam wells were empty and had old dried food and dirty rings around it. Handtossed pizzas tasted as if they were made the day before. The pasta was simply rotini and Prego Alfredo sauce poured in. The cinnamon sticks and cheese sticks were nice. The salad bar looked decent except for the dried dressing that was caked on the underside of the salad bar cover. The restaurant had been updated since i was last there but it does no good when you dont keep the restaurant CLEAN. Seats had torn upholstery, dried food on the floors that has been there for a few days to be that dry, and dust and dirt on most things. Pizza Hut nationwide has been going down the tubes and this one isnt as bad. The ingredients, the cleanliness, and devotion to customer satisfaction need to be recamped in order for this place to ever be back to its former...

HORRIBLE. Driver had a flat and order was almost an hour late. Food was cold and soggy. They called me like 10 minutes after my order was supposed to arrive to let me know the driver had a flat and it would be another 20-30 minutes before it would arrive and I expressed my concern of it being cold on arrival. He advised that I call back if that was the case and they would either remake the order or give me a credit for my next order. About 20 minutes after that call, I called to get an ETA on my order and was on hold for over 15 minutes and then my order arrived, LATE, COLD AND SOGGY. And no one ever answered my call and at that point it was less that half an hour before they closed. HORRIBLE experience. Cold, Late, SOGGY food, no one answering my call, ABSOLUTELY NO APOLOGY FROM ANYONE during the whole experience. I also had used some of my Hut Rewards Points, which were wasted as well and being out of pocket for the order. It was a disgusting and disgraceful experience. Very upset with our last visit. Never had any issues before. We went in as a family ( 2 adults 4 kids ages 3-12) around 5:30. Place was pretty empty. We were seated by a waitress who acted annoyed that she had to do her job. She was rude when she spoke, rude when my husband asked for straws & plates after our food was brought to us. She was rude when we asked for sauce for the breadsticks. Our pizza was soggy, to the point we couldnt pick it up without everything falling off of it due to being floppy. The sauce for our breadsticks was watery & tasted like tomato soup.we were never offered a refill on any drinks (3 of us sat with empty glasses half way through dinner) on top of that there were 6 table that remained with trash & food piled on top of them.
