I recently visited the Starbucks in Claremore, and I can't say enough about the exceptional experience I had, especially thanks to Kendra, the amazing barista who truly went above and beyond! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The store was clean, well-organized, and had a pleasant vibe.
Kendra greeted me with a genuine smile and friendly energy, making me feel like a valued customer. She took the time to ask about my preferences and helped me select the perfect drink. Her knowledge of the menu was impressive, and her recommendations were spot on. I ended up trying something new, and it quickly became my new favorite!
Not only was the drink delicious and perfectly crafted, but Kendra also paid great attention to detail, ensuring it was made exactly how I wanted. Throughout my visit, she was attentive, making sure everyone was taken care of, despite the busy morning rush. Her positive attitude and efficiency were contagious, and it was clear she genuinely cared about creating a great experience for every customer.

Read moreI stop in the local Claremore Starbucks to grab a sandwich, iced coffee and water and do a little work on my laptop. $17 with the $1 tip. I sit down and try and connect to the internet. After 10 minutes of jumping through hoops no luck. Did the sign in page, perfect single, connected but no internet. I ask a female employee behind the counter if the internet was working. Her response was “well if it’s not popping up I guess not then” first of all her rude tone and smart mouth was enough to lose my business but I never once said it wasn’t popping up lol. What I asked was if it was WORKING! Lost my business for life. I was beyond polite, I tipped, I asked her nicely and waited til she wasn’t busy. And yet I get talked to like I’m her step kid. Should have never went to support a company like Starbucks I just wanted a quiet environment with internet and coffee. When I got my drink through the drive thru I pulled forward and held it in the sun light to see through if there was even any caramel in the bottom since there was none drizzled on the sides of the cup. There was nothing but cold brew topped with the cream. I went inside and told one of the workers that I didn't get any of the caramel drizzle. The guy that was making drinks straight up called me a liar!!!! He said "she is a liar. That's all I know." He was SO rude the whole time I was in there. As I was waiting for my drink to made again I witnessed him being extremely rude to a down syndrome man that asked for more topping on his drink. Told him there was plenty and he didn't need anymore. I refuse to give my money to any company that treats customers like that and allows it. Not one of the other 3 people working there said anything to him on how he was talking to the customers.
