I had a wonderful buying experience with Jack Kissee Ford. After shopping online, I found the make and model I wanted at Jack Kissee Ford. The online pictures looked great but I called ahead to verify condition before driving two hours to see the vehicle in person. They were very helpful in this - I asked for any type of dents, dings, scratches. They told me the vehicle was in excellent condition as pictured and they were correct. My used vehicle was in near showroom condition. I like the vehicle I bought but plenty of people sell vehicles. At Jack Kissee, I felt like a valued customer. They were very patient in letting my wife and I walk around the vehicle to inspect it and test drive it and no pressure once we returned. I got an excellent used vehicle at a below market price (I did a lot of shopping before going to the dealership) and was treated very well throughout the process. The vehicle was cleaned and filled with gas while I handled paperwork. While this was happening, it was discovered that our car was missing the second key. This wasn't an issue though because our salesperson, Luke Sontag, got another key ordered immediately. While waiting for the key to arrive (it took a couple of days) Luke let me know that the detail crew mentioned that my vehicle could use a coat of wax to keep it looking nice. Luke offered a loaner vehicle to run around town while the second key was programmed and my vehicle was being waxed. I can't believe the attention to detail and willingness to take care of a customer shown by Luke and Jack Kissee Ford, especially after the deal was already completed. I'm 110% satisfied with my purchase and the staff at Jack Kissee Ford. I highly recommend them and would be happy to buy from them again when it's time. I'd like to thank our salesperson Luke Sontag and Lyle Johnston for helping make this such a great...
Read moreI took my Ford F-150 in for a simple oil change and tire rotation at Jack Kissee Ford, expecting professional service from a dealership. Instead, I got a hard lesson in how profit seems to matter more than people here.
Their so-called “multi-point inspection” was little more than a scripted upsell. $55 for wiper blades? $51 for a cabin filter? Really? I opted for the engine air filter replacement, as fuel economy matters to me—but it’s clear their inspection focuses more on revenue generators than actual vehicle health. No mention of brake condition. No mention of fluid levels beyond oil. You know, the stuff that actually affects safety.
$153 later, I drove home thinking at least the basics were taken care of. Days later—right before a camping trip towing a 19-foot trailer—I noticed a fresh oil stain in my driveway. I have no other stains there, so I knew something was wrong. We brought the truck back immediately. Credit where it's due—they got it in fast and fixed the issue at no charge.
But here’s the problem: they never should’ve missed something this critical. They admitted the oil filter was loose, and vaguely mentioned other “things needed tightening.” That doesn’t exactly inspire confidence. If I hadn’t caught it early, this could’ve led to major engine damage. I’m lucky I pay attention.
Mistakes happen—but with vehicles, especially ones used for towing, mistakes can be expensive or even dangerous.
Jack Kissee Ford: You can make a profit and still take care of your customers. Stop treating everyone like a walking paycheck. Pay attention to the details. Treat people’s vehicles like they’re your own. That’s how you earn loyalty—not with overpriced filters and rushed work, but with care, consistency, and...

Background: I ordered my F-350 Platinum NEW in 2017 from Jack Kissee, they are the ONLY DEALERSHIP I will ever deal with. That truck wad the fifth new vehicle I had bought from them, and for good reason.
I recently retired from the Navy, but bought the truck from them (ordered it and had it delivered) in 2017 then took it back to San Diego where I was stationed. 7 years of great weather, the problem I had would not surface until I came back to Oklahoma and got to drive through a good ole thunderstorm. My windshield wiper, under the high winds, stripped up on my windshield and was useless.
Further investigation showed both wipers did not have the alignment pins, so from the factory, they installed my wiper asssembly and the motor on the drivers side was out of alignment so they removed the pin and attached it. Worked great just driving, but not for high winds.
I pulled into Jack Kissee to see if I could schedule an appointment to fix the factory issue, and the service manager (Morgan Nicodin) came out to ask for clarification of the issue, so I took him outside to shop him. He called a technician over, and they went to work. Verified it was a factory issue, so ON THE SPOT they had the part and an hour later I was driving away with working wipers.
Special THANKS to Morgan and Wes for jumping on this, especially since I barely made it out of the dealership before the next wave of the storm hit.
I will NEVER buy for anyone else, Jack Kissee is hands-down the best customer service dealership you will ever find, that is what keeps me coming...
