Truly the best family fun center in the Nashville area! #familyfuncenter #nashville #nashvilleactivities #familyfriendly #nashvilleindoorplayground #nashvillegokarts #nashvilleentertainment #kidfriendlynashville

We never knew this place existed! It is so much fun!!! They have everything from an arcade to go carts to mini golf. The kids loved the bowling, but the price was a little too expensive in my opinion (you could go elsewhere for a lot less, its $35 an hour for up to 6 people not including shoes which are $3 per person). Bowling is the only place that will not accept the arcade card as a form of payment. Mini golf is $6 for kids and $8 for adults. Laser tag is $8 per person. They have a spinning game that is $5 per person. The go carts have different levels- Family $9, no helmet, no boost, driver must be at least 48"; Intermediate- have to be over 13 and over 60" tall with no passengers; Pro Racers is a bit more expensive. It is $17, no passengers, must have a valid driver's license and be at least 60" tall. The arcade is fun, but it is super easy to go through money. I would come with a set amount to spend, go to the big ticket items then go to the arcade. We easily spent over $100 in one day.

During those extreme temperatures of high highs and low lows, this is the place to go. It just so happened that we were visiting when it was hot, so we welcome the all-indoors activities they have to offer here. They have go karts, bowling, bumper cars, laser tag, mini golf, and a huge arcade. To save time, you can sign the waiver online for the go karts - and you will definitely want to drive the go-karts. If you're looking for a deal, be sure to check their website because they offer different value options for almost every day of the week. We were there on a Wednesday and Wednesdays are half price on the arcade games - which my kids (and us parents) appreciated. We also did the bumper cars, but I don't recommend those as they weren't near as exciting as the go-karts.

This place is an absolute disaster. We will never book another party at this venue. The manger who was responsible for parties overbooked everything and then went home. One employee loses our waivers for go carts and then goes on break. The kids wait 45 minutes after we redo the paperwork and the staff is booking races while we are still waiting. They never get to do the go karts because it’s impossible to keep 15 kids entertained and standing against a wall in one spot for almost an hour while waiting for the screw up to get figured fixed. We are given our “birthday” game cards and told they are “1 hour” cards for the inconvenience but they are $10 game cards worth barely one game. The kids go over and swipe the “1 hour cards” at laser tag and come back at their scheduled time only to be told they can’t play since they didn’t have some “special” black card. The employee who charged the “1 hour” game card tells the manager the kids ran off without a chance to give them the “special” cards. They call security over when one of the moms becomes assertive about the cards. After giving us a paltry $10 game card for each kid and the major issues we’ve had they still expected us to pay full price. Purchased pro party package and the kids were disappointed over and over when they were denied both go karts and laser tag. So they pretty much were only able to do arcade with cards their parents had to purchase since the cards swiped at laser tag were wiped out and then denied entry. Not worth the price, frustration and huge disappointment. Everything was double booked and no planning or thought put into this party for 15 kids that was booked a month in advance and no accommodation to get the party back on track to salvage at least some of the very long day of waiting for nothing. I’d give this business a no star review on this post but I am forced to give them a 1...

We had a Christmas party for our office and are always excited about the fast go-carts. We have had several Christmas parties here before over the years and have always had a 5 star experience each time, staffed included, but not this time. The go-cart I personally rode in (pink car) was not operating like one of the fast ones. I didn't even completely finish the race, I was so irritated at the speed of the car I stopped where they let you back in once its over and just waited for the race to be over (which was about another lap). The beginning of the race you could tell the car wasn't the fastest but in the middle of the race it somehow got even slower, similar to a family car pace. I was offered a refund or to ride again when I explained to the gentlemen it was a horrible car. I declined both because we had purchased one race with the whole party and without them going again I had no interest in racing again and it wasn't about the money, it was the experience. So I'm simply writing this review in hopes management reads them and takes it serious that they should really focus on having the products promised when they go to deliver them to their customers so the experiences can be just like they have been for years. I would hate to see this place go down hill for Clarksville's sake. I also enjoy playing the basketball machines and only 2 out of 4 worked properly. Just gave the feeling things are headed in a bad direction which again is why I'm writing this. I'm rooting for you City Forum!

UPDATE: Went there tonight and that place was popping! All basketball games worked properly!! 😃👍 Thank...

UPDATE!?!?! Let me start by saying Mrs Monica the event planner is awesome. She made sure to get more info from this night of our daughters party. As I stated we are forever attending for family/date night for sure 😉

So we attended the Forum for the first time today for our daughters 5th birthday… I must say this establishment is well ventilated & put together. The only thing I can say is the food needs allot of work coming out of the kitchen. The Staffing Teams are still recovering from Covid restrictions possibly because I’ll just say it was an interesting day.

We loved our Hostess she made sure to take care of all our needs along with her team lead. The party started out rocky due to “short staffing & minor worker time conflicts” so therefore we felt our time was extremely rushed food showed up late and it just seemed so unorganized. We had to push our times back for our attractions but we had to do them at the time they rescheduled for because the general guest were gonna start utilizing the attracts. Now that’s fair and all but it’s not the customers fault that things happened we didn’t control.

Will we have another event here “ummmm that’s a HARD NO” I would hate to have a bigger party for my other 2 children with more guest & today happens again.

Will we return HARD YES the activities/attractions they have is awesomely placed for everyone in the family to enjoy. Or...
