Worst fast-food experience I've ever had. If I was responsible for this store is would be embarrassed to admit it I would burn it to to the ground and start over. Me and my girl waited 20 minutes in the drive thru for two cheese wopper meals. I asked For no onions she's asked for mayo no ketchup. Not that complicated. Got home mine had onions and hers only had mayo nothing else. We called and the manager knew our order was wrong and told us he would replace the whole order. We came in the next night and there was a different manager on duty but the other one had left a note about us. The new manager said she was only going to replace the burgers. She was very rude. But I wanted them to honor the word of the otheManagerur . As we were waiting so was every one else and at least 3 drive thru customers came in and complained about there orders seemed like they couldn't get anything right. After waiting forever again we'd asked what was taking so long heard the manager tell one of her employees she didn't have time to deal with us. When we finally did get our food it was still wrong. We just ate it and left. It was rediculous. I have worked fast food. They weren't even that busy. I wouldn't give them one star if I didnt have to. Read moreNote: the manager working tonight (July 6, 2023, about 9 PM) was pleasant and knowledgeable. However- This location appears to have no idea how to handle mobile/online orders. It is 2023, and when a company offers a mobile/online ordering option, I expect locations to be able to handle it. Drive through service at this location has also been less than stellar-on one occasion I was not greeted when I pulled up to order. On another occasion, a few minutes passed before any acknowledgement by the crew member that I was present. Now, these may be due to faulty equipment-that I can understand (and if this is the case, some sort of warning/printed note or follow up comment would be helpful). If it is a case of understaffed/busy/peak period, I also understand that as I have worked in a fast food drive through before. But again, it would be nice to be acknowledged immediately upon pulling up to order, even if it is with a “I’ll be with you in a moment.”

He was in and out in no time, and said the guy making 5he sandwiches was on his game more than any worker any other time we've stopped at a Burger King. I asked what he meant by that.. He said "he washed his hands, and put on new gloves after each order because he handled things other than the food he was serving." And he didn't miss a beat.. he said he was fast, and had his ** together. No wrong orders, including ours. (Burger King always seems to mess up our orders) I thought that was cool of him to notice the guy doing a good job. Then, my boyfriend said, " THAT WAS THE BEST CHEESEBURGER I'VE HAD AT BURGER KING, and actually went back in and ordered another one!! Ha Ha!!
