Adter repeating my order twice at the drive thru. I was asked to confirm it again at the window. It was not too complicated. Sonic cheese burger with no onions and extra mayo. Large cheese sticks with marinara and honey mustard. Small jalapeno bites with ranch. Double cheeseburger quarter pound. And a Small cherry lime aid. Did not recieve any sauces 1. The double cheeseburger looked like somone kicked it around like a soccer ball and then sat on it number 2. The sonic cheeseburger had onions on it. 3 when handed the food we noticed it had tator tots which we didnt order. We asked the young lady at the window if we had recieved the right order ans she said the tots were a mistake and to keep them. She Also said everything else in the bad was correct. Now even though we apprieciated the gesture of giving us the free tots. No one ordered them in the first place. No one wanted them secondly. All we wanted was our almost $20 order made correctly. Apparently that was too hard for what looked like at least 8 employees inside. Oh and may I mention that these emplyees were so loud inside the kitchen that the young man who repeated our order back at the window had to cup his hands around his mouth to project himself over the noise so we could hear him. This May not seem like a big deal to some but I told my wife before we decided to dine at Sonic that I was unsure about her and the kids choice because we have repeatedly been to this location, and our food is of bot only bad quality but WRONG! Obviously from the other reviews on here I am not the only one who has expierianced this. So I am done. Wont be back. I highly do not recomend this location. If I could choose zero stars to give that would be my choise because 1 star is not even close to being deserved. I would call or drive back up and have my food remade but,I did that the last time and it was wrong once again. I dont expect 5 stay dining in choosing a location like sonic but I sure do expect my food to be correct. Read moreI go there everyday for a Rt44 Strawberry Limeaid with extra ice. For the last 2 weeks, they just cant get it right. I tried to call the manager at the store and the phone went right to a fax machine. I called Customer Service and was very polite in telling them that maybe the staff is not trained adequately. Monday I sat in the car waiting on a Limeaid for 20 minutes...when I pressed the call button again, she said, sorry for your wait, it will be just another minute, even though the screen was telling me they were delivering my order right then. I waited 5 more minutes and drove off! Ridiculous! I went again today, same time, same order, and AGAIN no extra ice and NO LIMES! I just sat in the drive-through until they fixed it.
