I have gone on I believe 5 sunset cruises and have referred numerous customers to them. I have bought 27 tickets total between my self, family and friends. Up until tonight I have never had a problem. Tonight I bought tickets for myself,my husband and my parents. We arrived at 630 checked in. We were allowed to load boat right before 7. while my dad and husband parked the vehicle, My mom and myself were the first on the boat. We sat at back of boat in shaded area bc my dad has sun cancer on his head. We were greeted by a young woman who clearly did not want to be there with her feet kicked up on check in counter .my mom and myself were asked to mom from shared area so a family of 13 could have back of boat and sit together. Only 5 sat back there. 4 small childern and 1 adult. Note we had 4 adults, 1 with skim cancer. I've never had a bad experience with them before until the night. After the husband of the family of thirteen mouthed, about five of them sitting in the back instead of my family of four, we ended up exiting the boat before departure and before my husband and dad loaded boat. I know that most of the world is short handed and understaffed. I will definitely give them another chance before I choose another company to sunset cruise with. Extremely disappointed with their staff Tonight . I am curious to find out how the company handles this. If you do not want to work with the public I wish you would not. I loves everything about this company before tonight. šŸ™

At the Marriott location: If I could give zero stars I would. Staff are incredibly rude, short, and unhelpful. We were instructed to arrive 45 minutes before and upon arrival we were met with the staff barking at us to step in line, with no further instruction. After waiting 15 minutes in line we were informed that we must take a test to ski. We completed all the tests 5 minutes after our reservation time was meant to start, only to find out that the impatient staff gave away our jetskis, to a family that just arrived without a reservation. The entire staff particularly the one in the photo below had awful attitudes and horrendous customer service skills. The one in the photo was quick to call us (the paying customer) b*tch and a ā€œugly c*ntā€ within earshot of us. They snapped at us repeatedly when we asked questions and always had a rude tone. Thanks for making us wait 90 minutes for a 30 min rental, I hope all of you are fired or deducted pay, especially the one in the picture. The manager should be incredibly ashamed of this presentation the staff is giving.

The Wet Crew did their best to find us some good dolphin viewing on a cool breezy Florida Feb day. Took the last tour of the day--despite some choppy water positioned us to get a nice view of the sunset. Knowledgeable about the houses and buildings along the intercoastal. Going to "One Tree Island" was a mini-bonus... A quick stop to pick-up some shells and stretch legs. Despite the website verbiage, the crew mentioned you can bring adult bevies if you'd like, they even have a cooler on board to keep them frosty. :-) Groupon makes this a great value. If you've never been to Clearwater Beach before-- get ready for parking & traffic challenges. If you get seasick easily-- this boat slightly smaller than some of the other tour boats, has a tendency to bounce in choppy waters, and may get splashed/shoes wet if you don't lift your feet on time (again, depending on the water conditions). However, I have a history of seasickness, but felt fine the whole time. All in all, a yacht rocking good time!

I e never experienced anything worse!

The level of disrespect and customer service was beyond ridiculous. The manager was rude and disrespectful. I would use the word racist but I’m sure that you would counter that as me using it an excuse so I’ll state the facts.

I was there for my birthday trip. Booked at the Marriott where the cars are housed. We walked by and casually asked if a reservation was required for the jet cars. We were advised that a reservation was not required but it’s a a courtesy. So as a courtesy we made a reservation.

I’ll be the first to admit, we over slept. (We are on vacation, it happens)

We arrived late for the reservation but again…. A reservation wasn’t required so we assumed all would be well….bou were were wrong

The manager on duty refused to serve us and talked about us being late. Although I asked for the rules surrounding late arrival of broken reservations ….. there were none

The cars were not in use, several were available. Others walked right up and signed up for service no problem.

My husband initially addressed the issue. I followed up. The manager then told me to come back in 30 min. When I did I was refused service again stating that the manager saw us at the bar lol. Seems as if he was looking for a reason. I paid attention and took pictures of several other ppl that visited the bar but also took part in driving the cars, jet skis and boat rides. Those ppl were of a different ethnicity.

It’s very clear that Clearwater wasn’t for us. I’m sad that I spent my money there.

The manager was extremely rude and kept stating that ā€œthis is a businessā€. I shared with him that my husband and I Abe business owners. We are well aware of how businesses run. I also asked him to share his ā€œrulesā€ since he was so business minded…….

What’s crazy is…. They denied us service yet sent an email asking us for a review.

Sounds like someone needs to get their business in order.

Horrible experience, service, lacks integrity and racist.

We got overbooked. Waited 1 hour 30 minutes for a ride. even though i was told if i went to a different location i could get on right away. my ride was only supposed to be 3:00-4:00pm. I had other commitments planned for the day. So i couldn't stay much beyond 4 o'clock. They even told us I would only wait 10 minutes for the next jet ski. 10 minutes turned into 1 hour 30 minutes. I paid for the Boats license only to ride the jet ski, which I couldn't even ride due to there being fewer jet skis yesterday. And I paid an extra hour for parking at the hotel, only to ride jet skis. it messed with our schedule yesterday as it was our last day on Vacation. Me and my brother were the only group that waited. Everyone else was riding and enjoying their day. We also booked 4 hours in advance over the phone, and at that time they didn't mention anything about hurricane complications. I booked at 11am that day for a ride at 3:00pm. That is 4 hours in advance. I made it to my appointment on time and somehow still not enough jet skis? Everyone (5 other people) in our cohort got to ride. Me and my brother were forced to wait by the employee, **, saying the wait will only be 10-15 minutes when the other group will be done. Afterwards when trying to resolve this situation, the rental company had said rude things to me and my family, after making us wait under the sun, and also blocked our phone numbers. I requested responses from them and they have ghosted me. Building up excuses that weren't even relevant to that day. They sent me to 2 different locations, promising I can start on time. Once I got to the new location, they still made me wait 1.5 hours. Ridiculous because they knew I was coming 4 hours in advance, and they cant compensate me back for the License they required which ended up...
