my daughter got a piercing on September 28 in her nose. It was a traditional piercing. It has been bleeding profusely ever since I called the shop to ask for guidance on how we should address this situation because I have piercing us all over and they have never bled like this. The piercer asked me if she possibly was snagging it in her sleep, and I explained to him that it has started bleeding with her sitting upright during the day so that cannot possibly be the reason why it is bleeding. He goes to tell me that he has been piercing for 20 years and he couldn’t possibly have made a mistake and I explained to him that he is a human being and he may have pierced the wrong place since it has been bleeding profusely ever since these people are unprofessional and do not want to take accountability for something that could’ve been a simple solution by taking a look at it and showing some type of compassion, I never will return and I will be posting this video online to make sure that other people do not visit it either.
the owner's commentary does not negate the unprofessionalism I experienced while voicing my concerns. you are clearly arrogant and have no interest in helping a 14 year old child. you sir are the problem and I stand on every word I said. you gave a horrible service! and I've told all my friends. I won't be intimidated by your grandiose wording. you were rude and UNPROFESSIONAL. I SAID...
Read moreI went last year to get my nipples pierced, he pierced way too deep and I ended up having to get them removed and repierced. The scars were visible still and the piercer who repierced them said they were definetly too deep and crooked.————— update…. Owner accuses me of lying and making this up and being “bored at home”. Trust me, I would not go out of my way to negatively impact anyone’s business but I wanted people to be aware. I did not express concern until now because I had no idea the piercing was done wrong until I went to another professional who informed me they were pierced too deep. I’m disappointed in this response. It is very unprofessional. And yes , the “guy” pierced me. When we were there he told me he could do them himself or wait for his wife to show up. I said he could do it. Thank you for accusing a paying customer of lying but no I absolutely did have an issue. If you would like me to seriously come in and show the scars I have as proof I can do that! Also, I really am unsure about what you mean by playing this game again? I never even left a review or anything before? I only went to your establishment that one time. If anyone knows me they know this is something I would do as a last resort. Thanks...
Read moreI am completely appalled and disturbed by what I’ve recently seen shared publicly by the owner of this business, Stephie Wescott. The content posted was not only wildly inappropriate, but deeply offensive and racially insensitive. It’s a clear reflection of values that many in the community especially people of color will find unacceptable and hurtful.
In today’s world, where inclusivity, respect, and empathy should be the bare minimum, it is heartbreaking to see a business owner so casually disregard the dignity and humanity of others. When someone in a position of influence chooses to make light of serious matters or perpetuate stereotypes, it speaks volumes not just about their personal character, but about the environment they create in their place of business.
To anyone considering supporting this establishment: please think twice. Your money, energy, and trust deserve to go to businesses that uplift communities and treat all people with respect. There are plenty of talented, inclusive artists out there who would love to earn your support without putting down others in the process.
We must do better and we must hold businesses accountable when they show us who...
