La China Poblana Mexican Food — Restaurant in Clementon

Nosotros vamos a este restaurante por aproximadamente 2 años y siempre las experiencias an sido muy buenas con el servicio y la comida. Bueno hoy 2/24/23 fuimos a cenar yo pedí una mojarra frita, la empecé a comer de la cola para la cabeza cuando ya había consumido un cuarto le vi un punto rojo y decidí separar más carne y a mi sorpresa habia más sangre del pescado decidí separar la cabeza y estaba totalmente cruda llame ala mesera y rectifico que estaba totalmente cruda lo cual es peligroso para la salud personal ingerir pescado no bien cosinado. Cuando fui a pagar la cuenta me dice que me van a cobrar por la mitad del pescado lo cual yo lo encontré absurdo y le dije que yo quería hablar con él cocinero o gerente se fue a la cosina y cuando regreso me dijo que nadie de la cosina estaba interesado en mi problema y que simplemente no me cobrararia por el pescado le explique a ella que por cuestiones de salud yo exigía hablar con alguien de la cosina y de nuevo me explico muy educadamente que ni al cocinero ni al dueño el cual estaba en la cosina le interesaba hablar conmigo, de nuevo le pedí con un poco de exigencia demandante que yo necesitaba explicarles que me comunicaria con el departamento de salud al consumidor y de nuevo me respondió que ellos estaban muy ocupados en la cosina que se rehusaba atender mi queja. Bajo cualquier criterio personal no le estoy publicando este review para que la gente no vallan a consumir al restaurante pero para que se asesoren de que lo que ordenen este bien cosinado. Lamentablemente todos cometemos errores pero almenos deberíamos de tener un poco de decencia y escuchar al cliente no tratarlos sin importancia. NO VOLVEREMOS MÁS.

We have been going to this restaurant for approximately 2 years and the experiences have always been very good with the service and the food. Well today 2/24/23 we went to dinner I ordered a fried mojarra, I started eating it from the tail to the head when I had already consumed a quarter I saw a red dot and decided to separate more meat and to my surprise there was more blood from the fish I decided to separate the head and it was completely raw. I called the waitress and I corrected that it was totally raw, which is dangerous for personal health to eat fish that is not well cooked. When I went to pay the bill,she told me that they were going to charge me for half the fish, which I found absurd and I told her that I wanted to talk, the cook or the manager, she went to the kitchen and when she returned she told me that no one from The kitchen was interested in my problem and that she simply would not charge me for the fish. I explained to her that for health reasons I demanded to speak to someone from the kitchen and again she explained to me very politely that neither the cook nor the owner who was in the kitchen was interested in talking to me, again I asked her with a bit of demanding demand that I needed to explain to them that I would contact the consumer health department and again he replied that they were very busy in the kitchen that they refused to attend to my complaint . Under any personal criteria, I am not publishing this review so that people do not go to eat at the restaurant but so that they are advised that what they order is well cooked. This restaurant took me by surprise. Driving home from errands on a Saturday my fiance pointed it out while we were scoping places to eat on the way home. Unassuming from outside but you're in for a treat when you go in. We split a quesadilla which was fantastic. Perfectly cooked, generous portion of chicken with delicious fresh cheese on top.We both got a different lunch special one enchiladas and one carne asada. The amount of food you get for the price would be worth 4 stars by itself. But the flavor they deliver was lights out. Steak was beautiful, all the fixings you could ask for as well as 3 whole shrimp to top it off. Service was pretty good, nothing extraordinary but nothing to detract from the experience. 5/5 will...

I’ve been dropping off my laundry next door for a couple of years, but had never tried this restaurant right next door. Well one day myself and my son decided to try it. First I’ll say the young lady that hosted and waited on us was very sweet, and helpful. The food was incredible. The tortillas are made in house so that’s a huge part of what made it so good. I had the fajita platter it was huge. Enough to eat from twice so worth the value, and it was delicious. My son had tacos and he loved them. The food was great and service was excellent....
