At one time it was a grand old estate of John d. Rockefeller. But it's falling into hard times because of lack of investment and repairs and infrastructure because half of it falls under the East Cleveland jurisdiction which is bankrupt. The Cleveland heights side is nicer but they don't allow dogs. So we always utilize the East Cleveland side which can be a little sketchy when you're walking back in the woods and there is never any police presence and what is kind of a sketchy neighborhood. Although there are no trash bags lying around but it does seem like there are geese and other animals that love to eat well (poop). It is definitely a park that we would come to again but it would be nice to see people take pride in...
